Select Corporate Collection from the Products drop down menu, or click on the Gothenburg Health logo. Either action will direct you to a collection of products to choose from. Browse for a product and make a selection. Once you're satisfied with your selection, from the product description page, simply click on the start designing button and  add one of the four approved logos. Add the product to your cart and proceed to check out. List price includes sales tax.

Please view the item's description and sizing details to insure your selection, as your item cannot be replaced or exchanged once it's embellished.

Please allow up to 15 days for your order to be processed. All completed orders can be picked up at our facility located at 813 Lake Avenue in downtown Gothenburg. Once your order has been processed you will be notified by email that your order is complete and ready for pick up. If you do not receive an email please see your spam or junk folder.
